The website bugs when i use any AI function (after i put in the files/the prompt)

Hello,
The site seems to be bugging. I’m unable to use your AI to create a representation. Even though I am subscribed, it only shows a blank page when I try to access it.
Could you please check the issue or help me resolve it?

I retried, and it actually doesn't work only when i put in files of any format (be it pptx, txt or docx) . Is there any way to fix this please ??
