A: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account settings. Here's how:
- Log in to your Pi account and navigate to your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
- Select "Membership & Plans" from the dropdown menu.
- On the Membership page, click "Manage Subscription".
- At the bottom of the subscription details, select "Close" .
💡 Note: Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing cycles. You will not receive any further charges after your current billing period ends. No additional fees or penalties apply for early cancellation.
Q: Where can I delete my account?
A: To permanently delete your Pi account and all associated data, please submit a formal deletion request via email.

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is irreversible. Once processed, all your saved projects, generated slides, usage history, and personal data will be permanently removed from our systems. We recommend exporting any important work before submitting your request. Our support team will confirm receipt and notify you once the deletion is complete (typically within 5–7 business days).
Q: Will I still be able to benefit from my membership after I cancel it?
A: Yes, absolutely. When you cancel your subscription, your membership benefits remain fully active until the end of your current billing cycle.
💡 After your membership expires, your account will revert to the free tier (if available), or certain features will become restricted. You will not be refunded for unused time, but you also won't be charged again.
Q: Why can't I download or export my slides?
A: The ability to download and export slides (including PPTX, PDF, and image formats) is a membership-exclusive feature available only to paid subscribers.
To unlock this feature:
Upgrade to any paid membership plan via "Membership & Plans" in your account settings.
Once upgraded, the export/download buttons will become available on your slide editor and project dashboard.
💡 Tip: If you recently upgraded and still cannot export, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue persists, please contact support@pi.inc for assistance.
