I’ve been using Pi regularly for the past year, and this month I upgraded to a paid plan expecting a meaningful improvement especially for PPT generation with one click feature.
Frankly, the experience has been unacceptable.
I provided a fully structured input with 25 complete slides and clear requirements. Despite multiple attempts, the tool consistently failed to generate a usable presentation. The output ignored key instructions, broke formatting, and did not reflect the provided content at all.
This is not a minor issue it’s a fundamental failure in handling structured input.
What’s worse is that every failed attempt consumed credits, meaning I paid for outputs that were not even remotely usable. That’s not just disappointing it’s a poor user experience for a paid service.
When users provide clean, slide-ready content, the minimum expectation is accurate conversion and proper formatting. Right now, that expectation is clearly not being met.
There needs to be serious attention given to:
Output reliability
Requirement adherence
Quality consistency for paid users
Charging for a service that cannot handle basic structured tasks like PPT generation raises valid concerns about overall product readiness.
I hope the team prioritizes fixing these gaps instead of scaling a product that isn’t delivering on core expectations.
